Job Description

Job Summary:

Operates CNC Brake Machine. Performs machine set-up and programming for daily production.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Works under the direction of the Shop Team Lead. Fabricates product using drawings, work packages, and verbal instructions. Programs new Jobs to meet engineering requirements. Responsible to perform first off inspections and overall quality. Meets all set deadlines and production expectations. Work well as a team member. Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training. Three (3) or more years directly related experience. Ability to interpret and understand Engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. Mechanically inclined.

Working Conditions:

40 hour work week (Monday to Friday, eight (8) hours per day). Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physically demanding. Frequent standing, bending, walking, and stretching. Lifting of light and heavy materials.
