Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machines and possess a strong understanding of various machining processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of metal fabrication through the operation of CNC machinery and other related equipment.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up press brake machines to bend and shape aluminum/steel components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine setup and production processes. Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards. Utilize hand tools, calipers, and measuring instruments for precise measurements during production. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members in assembly processes and other manufacturing tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Proficiency in operating press brake machines and CNC equipment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively. Familiarity with welding techniques and basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Experience with quality inspection processes to ensure product integrity. Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment. Competence in blueprint reading and understanding machining principles. Effective use of hand tools for assembly tasks.
