We have two production facilities in Ontario located in Glencoe and Thamesville. Our products are manufactured in our Glencoe facility and then transported to Thamesville for final assembly and shipping.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced CNC Brake Press Operator to join our production team in
Glencoe
, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating fabrication equipment to produce accurate, consistent metal components that support our manufacturing flow. This includes selecting the appropriate tools and dies, performing first-off and in-process inspections, monitoring machine performance, and adjusting parameters to maintain part quality throughout the run.
You will work with overhead cranes and lifting attachments to safely move heavy materials, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate equipment or material concerns promptly to support safe, efficient, and reliable production.
Our Ideal Candidate
Has hands-on experience operating CNC brake presses or similar metal-forming equipment
Can perform machine setup, including selecting dies, tooling, and settings for specified tolerances
Can read and interpret blueprints and fabrication specifications
Has experience using overhead cranes and lifting devices to safely move materials
Understands how to conduct first-off and in-process inspections and verify dimensional accuracy
Pays strong attention to detail and produces consistent, high-quality work with minimal rework
Can identify and communicate equipment, tooling, or material issues early
Thrives in a production environment and can work independently while contributing to overall production flow
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and follows all safety procedures
Has a positive, reliable attitude and contributes to a strong team environment
Experience in a custom fabrication or metal manufacturing setting is considered an asset
