Immediate Fitness Canada is a youth-focused training facility.
Our boxing program is currently in its early development stage, with plans to grow into a registered boxing club. We are looking for a boxing coach who is interested in growing with the program and building it step by step.
Responsibilities
Deliver boxing training for
youth, teens, and beginner-level participants
Teach fundamental boxing skills, conditioning, and safe training practices
Maintain a safe, structured, and positive training environment
Follow club policies, safeguarding rules, and coaching standards
Work collaboratively with the head coach as the program develops
Requirements (Important)
Able to teach boxing safely and responsibly
NCCP Boxing certification (Train to Coach / MPCP) is required
OR
Willing and able to
obtain NCCP Boxing certification within a short period
Valid
CPR / First Aid
Experience working with youth is an asset
Reliable, professional, and open to feedback
Program Status (Please Read)
The boxing program is
currently in an early stage
At present, there may be
limited class hours
Classes will increase as enrollment grows
This role is best suited for a coach who is comfortable starting small and growing with the program
Compensation
Hourly pay, based on classes taught
Part-time, no guaranteed hours at this stage
Additional opportunities may become available as:
Enrollment increases
Certifications are completed (e.g. NCCP, Personal Training)

Boxing Ontario registration process
Coaches who obtain required certifications and demonstrate strong teaching ability will be prioritized for future program expansion
