You'll lead small-group classes and/or one-on-one sessions that are fun, structured, and safe while maintaining the friendly, motivating energy our members love.
Responsibilities
Coach group classes and personal sessions in Boxing and/or Muay Thai fundamentals
Teach proper form, technique, and movement for all levels
Adapt programming for clients with special needs or mobility challenges
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for kids, youth, and adults
Assist with occasional community events, workshops, or school partnerships
Collaborate with our team to maintain studio standards and culture
Qualifications & Skills
? Proven experience teaching Boxing or Muay Thai (1+ years preferred)
? Comfortable working with beginners and clients of all fitness levels
? Experience with children's classes and/or adaptive fitness populations
? CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
? Excellent communication, patience, and positive energy
? Independent contractor mindset -- reliable, professional, and community-driven
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, flexible hours (weekday evenings and/or weekends)
Access to facility for personal training and development
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 10 per week
