Honey Gifts is searching for a Full-time or Part-time Sales Associate to join their team.

Vancouver's Honey Gifts are upscale erotic retail boutiques with an online store. We offer an unique range of premium-quality exclusive products which include designer lingerie, luxury adult toys, gifts and more. Our boutiques are located in the heart of historic Gastown and South Cambie.

Duties include but not limited to:

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product selection by providing product information and education Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Upsell products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase store revenue Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices to ensure an attractive shopping environment Conduct inventory checks, manage stock levels, and assist with inventory replenishment to keep the store well-stocked and inviting Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette when communicating remotely or via inquiries Packing and preparing online orders Support in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork and shared success Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards at all times

Skills

Superior customer service and sales-oriented Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform merchandising tasks effectively to showcase products attractively Excellent communication skills--clear, friendly phone etiquette and active listening are essential Skilled in upselling techniques that enhance customer satisfaction while increasing sales opportunities Comfortable speaking confidently to educate customers about features and benefits Strong organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and maintaining an orderly store environment Punctual and responsible
