Bouncer / Bar Security Officer

Job Description
We are presently seeking experienced Bouncers and Bar Security Guards to join our dynamic team. Mandatory requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not necessary. Basic Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Applicants must be able to work all shifts (Nights and weekends)
- Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must be able to lift 100lbs
- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises
- Keep an eye out for patrons who may have had too much to drink and offer assistance.
- Conduct bag checks as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
- Monitor and control access to the establishment
- Check IDs and enforce age restrictions
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
