Job Description

Premiere Moisson fabrique et vend des produits de boulangerie, de patisserie et de charcuterie elabores selon une approche artisanale avec des ingredients sains. Nous employons plus de 1 200 personnes et comptons plus de 20 boulangeries au Quebec et en Ontario.

Responsabilites :



Prendre connaissance des commandes a completer et organiser son travail S'assurer d'avoir termine toute la production demandee au moment voulu Planifier et organiser les reserves de matieres premieres requises pour son poste de travail Operer les equipements de facon securitaire et assurer leur entretien S'assurer du maintien de la proprete de son comptoir et de son aire de travail Collaborer a la formation des nouveaux employes Assurer le respect des recettes et appliquer les techniques de fabrication de Premiere Moisson Petrir la pate (preparer la recette, peser les ingredients, effectuer le petrissage, etc.) Diviser la pate (mettre en forme la pate, fait reposer la pate, etc.) Faconner la pate (Donner la forme definitive de la pate avec la faconneuse et/ou a la main, effectuer les finitions a la main, etc.) Cuire la pate (Deposer la pate sur le tapis enfourneur, effectuer le lamage, enfourner la pate, defourner le produits, etc.). S'assurer de respecter et de faire respecter la politique Sante et Securite au Travail de l'entreprise Executer differentes taches connexes a la boulangerie.

Exigences :



DEP Boulangerie ou plus obtenu - (CAP pour les candidats francais)

Minimum de 2-3

ans d'experience

dans un poste similaire -

Maitrise complete des techniques de fabrication artisanale Grande autonomie Bonne forme physique Grand sens de l'organisation Force pour le travail d'equipe

Responsibilities:



Take note of orders to be completed and organize work Ensure that all requested production is completed on time Plan and organize the supply of raw materials required for his/her workstation Operate and maintain equipment safely Maintain cleanliness of counter and work area Help train new employees Ensure compliance with Premiere Moisson recipes and manufacturing techniques Knead dough (prepare recipe, weigh ingredients, knead, etc.) Divide dough (shape dough, rest dough, etc.) Shaping the dough (giving the dough its final shape with the shaping machine and/or by hand, finishing by hand, etc.). Bake the dough (place the dough on the oven belt, laminate the dough, put the dough in the oven, unmould the products, etc.). Ensure compliance with the company's Occupational Health and Safety policy. Perform various tasks related to baking.

Requirements:



Minimum DEP in bakery

A minimum of

2 - 3 years experience

in a similar position -
