We're looking for a Bottling Line Operator to join our high-performing Operations Team. If you've worked in a beverage, food, or consumer goods production facility (wine, spirits, beer, juice, dairy, or other bottling/packaging plants), you'll feel right at home here.

You'll play an important role in packaging our wines and other beverage products to exacting Company and Government quality standards. You'll also work closely with a supportive team of Operators and Supervisors who value collaboration, continuous improvement, and doing things right the first time.

What this teammate will be responsible for -

Operate and maintain bottling and packaging line equipment including bag-in-box, palletizers, packers, wirehooder, and foil application stations Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and food safety Perform and document in-line quality inspections Communicate maintenance or quality issues promptly to the Bottleshop Lead or Packaging Supervisor Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Participate in product rework as needed (re-labelling, debottling, inspections) Support a positive, team-focused environment built on respect, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship

What experiences, skills and knowledge this teammate will bring -

You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment -- ideally in beverage, bottling, or food handling You're mechanically inclined, comfortable working around automated equipment, and eager to learn You take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork You're reliable, hands-on, and available for rotating day and afternoon shifts You hold a High School Diploma or GED
