Bring your production experience to one of Canada's most respected beverage manufacturing facilities -- where teamwork, safety, and pride in quality come together every day.
We're looking for a Bottling Line Operator to join our high-performing Operations Team. If you've worked in a beverage, food, or consumer goods production facility (wine, spirits, beer, juice, dairy, or other bottling/packaging plants), you'll feel right at home here.
You'll play an important role in packaging our wines and other beverage products to exacting Company and Government quality standards. You'll also work closely with a supportive team of Operators and Supervisors who value collaboration, continuous improvement, and doing things right the first time.
What this teammate will be responsible for -
Operate and maintain bottling and packaging line equipment including bag-in-box, palletizers, packers, wirehooder, and foil application stations
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and food safety
Perform and document in-line quality inspections
Communicate maintenance or quality issues promptly to the Bottleshop Lead or Packaging Supervisor
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Participate in product rework as needed (re-labelling, debottling, inspections)
Support a positive, team-focused environment built on respect, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship
What this teammate will enjoy -
Competitive hourly pay above minimum wage plus shift premiums
Stable, year-round full-time work in a growing company
Training and certification to advance from Level 1 to Level 2 and Level 3 Operator roles
Health benefits, employee discounts, and product perks
A safe, clean, and supportive work environment with strong, experienced leadership
What experiences, skills and knowledge this teammate will bring -
You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment -- ideally in beverage, bottling, or food handling
You're mechanically inclined, comfortable working around automated equipment, and eager to learn
You take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork
You're reliable, hands-on, and available for rotating day and afternoon shifts
You hold a High School Diploma or GED
Join a team where quality craftsmanship meets career growth -- and where every bottle we package represents the pride and precision of the people behind it.
