Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bottle Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable experience for patrons while effectively managing the bottle service operations. This role requires a keen understanding of food and beverage offerings, strong upselling skills, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized service area.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalized bottle service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Upsell premium bottles and mixers to enhance guest experience and maximize sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area, adhering to food safety standards. Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor guest consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Assist in setting up and breaking down bottle service areas before and after events.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating totals. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus. Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
