Our location in Medicine Hat, Alberta located at 500 - 1751 Strachan Rd. SE is now hiring for the Kitchen Manager position. Your duties and responsibilities would include:

Full Time: 30-44 Hours/Week Open availability Languages: English Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 3+ years of restaurant kitchen management experience Certifications: Food Safety and First Aid Work site environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp, Hot Work setting: Restaurant Personal suitability: Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player

Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who portion and prepare food, Managing inventory/ordering food and beverage products and supplies (experience with Sysco platform), Creating food pars, Creating schedules using online platforms (experience with Ameego), Managing food and labour costs, Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Ensure food service and quality control, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check preparation and presentation of food/beverages. Supervision: Cooks, Servers and Supervisors Transportation/travel information: Own transportation Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding
