Full-Time/ Year-Round (option to transition into Bike Specialist in summer)

Do you geek out over ski gear, love helping people find the perfect boot fit, and want to be part of a fun, high-energy team? We're looking for a Bootfitting Rockstar to join our retail floor crew! This role is focused on ski boot fitting and hardgoods sales in the winter season, with the potential to evolve into a bike sales role for the right year-round candidate.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Cover basic front-line duties, including POS, sales, consignment and customer service with a focus on bootfitting and ski sales Follow through on tasks given by management promptly Direct customers to the proper staff when necessary Share product knowledge and enthusiasm for bikes and skis with customers Direct customers through the entire sales process Build and maintain relationships with customers Complete a multitude of daily opening and closing duties Complete all necessary forms and paperwork in the appropriate manner Make efficient use of daily workloads and manage new expectations Maintain a high level of product knowledge Respond to customer concerns, or direct accordingly Monitor completion of a daily task list Support the senior sales team to achieve the goals and initiatives of ownership

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be friendly and approachable, and passionate about skiing, biking and other outdoor sports! Experience in a customer service role and a sports retail environment is preferred Must be knowledgeable ski equipment and bootfitting The ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is a must Knowledge of the ski industry is an asset

Starting wage $19.00hr. Wage will be aligned with the candidate's experience and capabilities.
