Brief Call

: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews

(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study

: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Boomi Integration Specialist/Architect

to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Boomi AtomSphere, a strong understanding of integration architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system connectivity, data flow, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement Boomi integrations across diverse platforms (cloud, on-premise, SaaS applications, ERP, CRM, etc.). Architecture & Strategy: Define and enforce best practices, integration patterns, and architecture frameworks for scalable and reusable solutions. End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure integrations meet both technical and business needs. System Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with security standards, and implement governance for integrations. Leadership: Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews for junior developers and integration engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere integration platform. Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware. Experience in data mapping, transformation, and workflow orchestration. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise integration. Expertise with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ETL concepts. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, NetSuite). Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Boomi Professional/Architect Certification preferred. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring tools is a plus.
