Boom Truck Operator
Job Description
The boom truck/delivery person is responsible for delivering products and/or supplies to customers, vendors, job sites, or other corporate locations. Duties include operating freight handling equipment, maintenance and operation of company vehicles, verification of administrative paperwork and working with the public. The driver must safely perform all tasks with sufficient speed and accuracy to avoid adverse impact on the level of customer service. -Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, management and other employees -Must be able to visually verify contents of shipment -Must safely operate loading, unloading and transfer equipment as well as company vehicles -Must maintain a good driving record -Boom/Crane experience - 1 year Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Paradise, NL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- crane: 1 year (preferred)
