Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious AZ / DZ articulated boom truck operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating our boom trucks to lift, move, and position materials on job sites. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Operator will work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Other duties will include operation of roll-off trucks, flat deck service, excavators, loaders and skid-steer equipment. Training provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Operate boom trucks and cranes to lift and transport materials as directed. Rig loads securely and ensure safe lifting practices are followed. Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project requirements. Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including equipment usage and maintenance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Assist in training new operators on equipment operation and safety protocols. Collaborate with the construction team to build structures according to specifications.

Requirements

Proven experience operating boom trucks or cranes is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to rig loads safely and efficiently for various types of jobs. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork. Valid driver's license; forklift certification is a plus. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
