Bookkeeper/receptionist

Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized, detailed professional with strong work ethic and ability to multi-task. Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of entire Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environments
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Experience in an Administrative assistant/receptionist role: 5 years (required)
  • Experience in an Accounting role: 5 years (required)
  • Experience with Payroll tasks: 3 years (required)
Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to reporting for jobs, WSIB, EHT, HST, etc.
  • AP Invoice verification/processing
  • Reception/Front office duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls
  • Mail pick up & distribution
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Data entry
  • Receive and store office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months Salary: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Experience:
  • Accounting: 5 years (required)
