Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional who enjoys administrative tasks and has experience in bookkeeping. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and handling basic financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Email correspondence and filing
• Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized front-desk area
• Input invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports
• Handle confidential company documents and client information with discretion
• Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as required
Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Previous experience as a receptionist, bookkeeper, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with accounting software is an asset. (YARDI)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
