  • Communiquer poliment et professionnellement par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone et par couriel
  • Effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la tenue de livres, \xc3\xa0 l\'organisation et \xc3\xa0 la communication
  • R\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques, planifier les rendez-vous et accueillir les clients
  • Effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches administratives telles que le classement, la photocopie, la reliure, etc.

  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou \xc3\xa9quivalent requis
  • 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente
  • Connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience en tenue de livres/paie/imp\xc3\xb4ts sur le revenu sont des atouts
  • Connaissance des logiciels Sage 50 et DTMax sont des atouts

  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and email
  • Supports the team by performing tasks related to bookkeeping, organization and communication
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and greets clients
  • Carries out administrative duties, such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • (Assets) Experience in bookkeeping/payroll/income taxes
  • (Assets) Knowledge of Sage 50 and DTMax software
