Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using QuickBooks. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved. Manage payroll processing to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and payroll management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
