Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and experience with various accounting software, ensuring that all financial records are maintained accurately. This role requires effective communication and leadership abilities to manage office staff and support the overall efficiency of our organization.

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes. Oversee bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for financial reporting and analysis. Prepare budgets and assist in financial planning to support organizational goals. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. Support the hiring, training, and supervision of office staff as needed.

Experience



Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with hands-on experience in bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Familiarity with payroll systems and financial reporting requirements. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $38.50 per hour
