Bookkeeper + Office Manager

We're Western Canada's leading pre-roll manufacturer, trusted by retailers and brands for our speed, quality, and consistency. As we expand into new markets, new partnerships, and new verticals, we need someone who can keep our financial engine -- and our office -- running smooth, fast, and clean.

We're looking for a Bookkeeper + Office Manager who thrives on precision and momentum. You'll manage the numbers that keep TRYGG moving and the daily operations that keep our Mission HQ firing on all cylinders.

What You'll DoBookkeeping & Financial Operations



Own day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations Process vendor payments, expense reports, and bank reconciliations Ensure monthly closes are accurate, organized, and audit-ready

Reporting & Support



Maintain clean financial records and assist with monthly reporting Support cash flow tracking and expense management Help prepare documentation for year-end, tax filings, and audits

Costing & Inventory Oversight



Track inventory values and reconcile variances Support COGS tracking and accurate product costing Collaborate with production and ops to align financials with real-time activity

Office Management



Keep the office running smoothly: supplies, systems, vendor coordination Support onboarding logistics for new employees (keys, setup, documents) Maintain a clean, organized working environment across teams Assist leadership with admin tasks, scheduling support, and cross-department coordination Manage incoming mail, shipments, and key operational communications

Systems & Process



Improve accounting workflows and reduce manual data entry Use tools like ChatGPT, Excel, and cloud platforms to speed up execution Maintain organized digital systems for invoices, receipts, statements, and internal records

What You Bring



Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 2+ years in bookkeeping or accounting Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven Comfortable owning your deadlines and working independently Experience managing an office or administrative operations is a strong advantage Interest in the cannabis industry is a big plus

Based in-office in Mission, BC.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
