Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and be proficient in various accounting software, including QuickBooks online. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere for staff and clients alike.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to maintain accurate financial records. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial data and insights. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation. Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve overall productivity. Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Qualifications



Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in a financial or accounting environment. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks is essential. Strong understanding of payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
