The Role



We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented

Bookkeeper / Office Manager

to keep our back-of-house organized and running smoothly.
This part-time position supports bookkeeping, payroll, HR, and general administrative systems across our stores. It's a behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our numbers accurate, our team supported, and our processes consistent.

Key Responsibilities



Bookkeeping & Finance



Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Manage vendor accounts, process invoices, and track payments Prepare payroll inputs and ensure accuracy across locations Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly Assist with expense tracking, budgets, and reporting Liaise with accountant for month-end and year-end prep

HR & Administration



Maintain employee files, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding Support scheduling and time-tracking systems for store managers Ensure compliance with employment standards and company policies Keep shared folders, SOPs, and internal documents organized

Operations Support



Track and summarize key store KPIs (labour %, COGS, reviews, etc.) Assist with licensing, insurance renewals, and other compliance needs Communicate with vendors and service providers as needed Help implement new systems or templates that improve efficiency

Qualifications



3+ years of bookkeeping and office administration experience (hospitality a plus) Proficient in

QuickBooks Online

and

Google Workspace

(Sheets, Docs, Drive) Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive financial and employee information
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
