We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and experience with various accounting software. This role is crucial in maintaining financial records, managing payroll, and supporting the overall efficiency of our office environment.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Oversee bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks financial reporting and analysis.
Prepare budgets and assist in financial planning to support organizational goals.
Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations and objectives.
Experience
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is preferred.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and payroll processing.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
