Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency with Quickbooks Online, Google Suite and Excel, and excellent management capabilities. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, accurate financial record-keeping, and effective communication across departments. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting strategic financial planning.

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support and staff coordination Oversee bookkeeping activities such as accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and identify discrepancies Prepare budgets and assist with financial forecasting and planning Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation Support audit preparations by providing necessary reports and documentation Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed

Skills



Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Experience with payroll management and related compliance requirements Excellent skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation Ability to perform detailed account analysis and budgeting tasks Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and external partners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
