Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software. This role is essential for maintaining financial records, managing payroll, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office.

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Oversee bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare and analyze budgets, providing insights for financial planning. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for financial reporting and record-keeping. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall office productivity. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly desirable. Experience with bookkeeping, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliation, and budgeting. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
