We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with experience using various accounting software. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including budgeting and account analysis.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
Provide support to management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role with a focus on accounting functions.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical skills for budgeting and account analysis tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
