We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in various accounting software, and excellent management capabilities. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functions, accurate financial record-keeping, and efficient communication across departments. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity through account reconciliation, budgeting, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support and staff coordination
Oversee bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational planning
Conduct account reconciliation activities to verify the integrity of financial data
Manage payroll processing and related documentation
Maintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
Assist with audit preparations and compliance requirements
Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Skills
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
Expertise in payroll management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in account analysis, budgeting, and financial statement preparation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools or procedures as needed
