Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee day to day duties in the office and ensure the smooth functioning of our administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong bookkeeping skills and experience with various accounting software. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and supporting our team with efficient office management practices.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, including administrative support and office organization. Oversee bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records. Prepare financial reports and conduct account analysis to assist in budgeting processes. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Utilize accounting software such as Simply accounting for effective financial management. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices, with experience in bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software such as simply accounting is preferred. Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the office environment.
