About the Role

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Bookkeeper

who is eager to expand beyond traditional accounting tasks and learn how to leverage

AI and automation tools

to support multiple businesses.

You'll handle bookkeeping for three small but growing companies using

QuickBooks

, while also gaining

hands-on training in AI applications

to support business operations, marketing, proposal building, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting using

QuickBooks

for three companies. Reconcile accounts, track expenses, and prepare reports. Support business operations beyond bookkeeping by applying

AI and automation tools

(training provided). Assist with proposals, marketing campaigns, and customer communications. Contribute to automation projects that streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications

Proven bookkeeping experience (

QuickBooks required

). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Interest in learning

AI, automation, and digital marketing

. Tech-savvy and eager to explore new tools. Located in or near

Port Colborne, Wainfleet, Welland, or the Niagara region

.
