About the Role

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Bookkeeper

who is eager to expand beyond traditional accounting tasks and learn how to leverage

AI

for accounting and bookkeeping.

You'll handle bookkeeping for three small but growing companies using

QuickBooks

, while also acting as the controller to support business operations, payroll, proposal building, and customer collection.

This role is ideal for someone who

loves numbers

Responsibilities

Manage bookkeeping and financial reporting using

QuickBooks

for three companies. Reconcile accounts, track expenses, automate invoicing, prepare reports, process payroll. Support business operations by applying

AI to the bookkeeping workflow.

Contribute to automation projects that streamline workflows and improve efficiency in accounting.
Qualifications

Proven bookkeeping experience (

QuickBooks required

). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Interest in learning

AI, automation for accounting.

Tech-savvy and eager to explore new tools. Located in or near Erin Mills and the QEW in Mississauga.
