Job Description

Fredex Construction Inc. is seeking a full-time Team member who possesses the following attributes:

Key Responsibilities



Manage

full-cycle bookkeeping

and maintain up-to-date financial records in real time Prepare

budgets

, track performance, and conduct ongoing financial analysis Generate and review

monthly financial reports

with the owner Provide regular financial updates to the owner and management team Lead the

transition to a paperless office

, leveraging Hubdoc for digital recordkeeping Maintain strong

organizational systems

to support efficient business operations

Accounts Payable



Enter and post expenses into Hubdoc daily Prepare and issue payments to vendors Prepare

Payroll



Enter employee timesheets into QuickBooks Time daily Process

bi-weekly payroll

, syncing from QuickBooks Time to QuickBooks Online Manage and reconcile employee benefits Submit and pay

government source deductions

Prepare

at year-end File and pay

Accounts Receivable



Prepare and send

bi-weekly invoices

to customers Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections

Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations



Perform

daily bank reconciliations

and report to the owner

Government Remittances

Qualifications



Proven experience as a

Bookkeeper, Office Manager

, or in a similar administrative role Strong proficiency in

QuickBooks Online

,

QuickBooks Time

, and

Hubdoc

Experience with

payroll systems

(an asset) Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of

budgeting, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

Exceptional

attention to detail

and organizational skills Ability to

manage multiple priorities

and meet deadlines efficiently
