BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER ? PART TIME
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in QuickBooks with full-cycle bookkeeping knowledge. This person must be comfortable in a construction setting, with strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented. The position Is remote, with infrequent in person training and meetings so the candidate must have the ability to travel; preferred locations for the candidate are Kelowna, BC or Blackfalds, AB.

Bookkeeping:
- 2+ years QuickBooks experience
- Full cycle bookkeeping o Accounts payable o Accounts receivable o General ledger o Payroll, via third party o Reconciliations o Create, interpret, and relay financial information and reports o Government reporting and correspondence o Inter-provincial reporting o Compliance filing o Inter-Company experience o Financial forecasting and planning o Project costing o Year-end preparation
Administrative:
- Contracts/Subcontracts o Drafting, tracking and collecting all supporting documentation with clients and subcontractors
- Annual returns (support Accountants and Lawyers)
- General office o Answering phone calls o Maintain filing system (digital and hard files) o Support tasks for team members
Schedule and Wages:
- Monday to Friday
- 4 hour shift
- Wage negotiable
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
