Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented BOOK KEEPER/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as quickbooks and possess strong organizational skills to support our office operations.

Responsibilities


- Perform account reconciliation tasks
- Assist with accounts payable processes
- Conduct bank reconciliation activities
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Support budgeting tasks
- Provide general clerical support to the office

Qualifications


- Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
- Experience in account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$27.74 per hour
