We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fulfill the role of Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. This position will involve handling a variety of financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records within Quick books
• Includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank reconciliations
• GST, PST and Payroll processing and remittances for CRA compliance
• Assist in tax preparation and filing
• Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, organizing meetings, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in marketing and promotion using social media and advertising
Requirements:
• Preferred working knowledge of QBO, Sage and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in bookkeeping
• 3+ years experience with bookkeeping and administrative support
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
