Role Overview:



We are seeking a warehouse office assistant that will also support our accountant's bookkeeping duties when needed. An ideal candidate should have experience working in a warehouse environment and have familiarity with Sage 50 accounting software.

Duties

:

Client bookings and billings (happens mostly online through email) Phone Management - Answering and directing calls professionally. Managing driver pick up and drop off from our client Other duties as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Qualifications

:

Familiarity with Sage 50 accounting software 2+ years of administrative experience or equivalent (Administrative degree for example) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities Mandarin and English is required, fluency in Cantonese is also preferred
Job Types: Part time

Pay: $20-$25 per hour
