Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Reconcile bank statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts. Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes. Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently. Support administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management. Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and tax regulations. Assist in payroll processing and employee record keeping. Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures.'

'Qualifications'

Proven experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar accounting software.

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including double entry bookkeeping.
