Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and bookkeeping processes, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. The position involves managing financial records, assisting with payroll, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Assist with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Support payroll processing and related accounting functions Conduct account analysis and assist with budgeting activities Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review Organize and file financial documents in accordance with company policies Support administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry as needed

Experience



Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required Strong background in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation Familiarity with payroll processing and accounting procedures Knowledge of account analysis and budgeting processes is preferred Prior experience supporting administrative functions in a professional setting is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.79-$28.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
