Bookkeeper & Administrator

to manage financial reporting, streamline operations, and support day-to-day business administration. The ideal candidate is proficient in

QuickBooks Online

, understands multi-entity real estate structures, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities



Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting



Provide administrative support to the finance department, including managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Maintain accurate books in

QuickBooks Online

across multiple corporations Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly Generate

P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow

, and

Budget vs. Actual

reports Prepare financial summaries and assist with

forecasting and planning

Track rent income, property expenses, loan payments, and tax obligations Support year-end file prep for accountants and government filings

Administrative & Property Support



Coordinate with property managers to

track and collect rent

Generate

monthly rent collection reports

and follow up on arrears Review and reconcile

property manager operating statements

and expense reports Process

payroll

and maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance Onboard new clients/residents into systems Manage files for leases, contracts, invoices, utilities, and insurance

Requirements:



Post-secondary education in Accounting or equivalent 2+ years of bookkeeping experience Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency (reporting, reconciliation, payroll integration) Understanding of real estate financials (rent rolls, NOI, property-level expenses) Experience working with multiple entities/corporations Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets Strong organizational and communication skills
