We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication within the office, and assisting with financial record-keeping. This position requires proficiency in accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks) and a strong understanding of financial processes.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Prepare budgets and assist in financial planning activities.
Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate workflow and project management.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
