Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account analysis, payroll, and working with accounting software like Sage and Xero.

Duties:
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with payroll tasks
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and reporting
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account analysis, payroll, and accounting software
- Familiarity with Sage,

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
