Job description:
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Calculate and prepare checks for payroll
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report
Required:
  • One-year related work experience preferred
  • Familiar with Quickbook Desktop and Sage 50
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Attention to details and responsible
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement:
  • French not required
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred)
