What you will do in this role:
  • AR and AP reconciliation and collection.
  • Preparation of bank deposits and accounts reconciliation.
  • Data entry
  • Filling and archiving.
  • Dealing with credit card vendors (Merchants-Amex/Visa/Master Card)
  • Emailing ICBC and private customers invoicing.
  • Process invoices and credit cards.
  • Process invoice payments from customers.
  • Meeting all financial and month-end reporting deadlines.
  • Miscellaneous admin assistance.
  • Order office supplies/cutlery etc.
  • Ability to perform and adhere to deadlines as required.
  • Ability to manage time and complete tasks without constant supervision.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
What we are looking for: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience using QuickBooks accounting software, Word and Excel is required. \xc2\xb7 Efficiently using Microsoft outlook. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, organizational, self-management, and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and works well independently and as part of a team. \xc2\xb7 Strong problem solving and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Experience troubleshooting computer and printer issues is an asset.
