Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations by managing various administrative and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software i.e quick books and possess strong organizational skills to ensure smooth office functioning. Responsibilities



Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data Assist with payroll processing and related bookkeeping duties Prepare financial reports, budgets, and summaries for management review Support data entry, filing, and document organization for all financial transactions Reconcile accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications



Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes Knowledge of account reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting practices Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in administrative support or office management is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
