Our Markham office is currently looking for an experienced
Part-Time Bookkeeper
to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a mature and professional demeanor who can work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting duties, including posting journal entries and bank reconciliations
Prepare invoices, handle filing, and manage routine correspondence
Answer phone calls, fax documents, and perform general office clerical tasks
Schedule appointments and respond to client inquiries in a positive, professional manner
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues using strong interpersonal skills
Ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well-organized
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and general accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Trilingual ability in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Working Hours:
Mon ~ Fri 10:00 to 15:00
Weekend : As needed
