Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e)

commis comptable et adjoint(e) administratif(ve)

rigoureux(se), autonome et polyvalent(e), afin de soutenir nos operations financieres et administratives au quotidien.

Responsabilites principales :



Taches comptables :



Tenue de livres complete (grand livre, comptes a recevoir et a payer) Conciliation bancaire et de cartes de credit Preparation de rapports financiers mensuels et suivi budgetaire Emission de factures, suivi des paiements, relances Assistance a la paie et aux declarations fiscales Collaboration avec le comptable externe pour les rapports de fin d'annee Suivi des couts de projets et ventilation des depenses Archivage numerique des documents comptables

Taches administratives :



Gestion des communications internes et externes Coordination d'agendas, prise de rendez-vous, organisation de reunions Redaction, mise en page et classement de documents Soutien a l'integration des nouveaux employes Gestion des fournitures et services de bureau Soutien logistique pour les evenements internes ou rencontres clients Classement et organisation des dossiers numeriques

Competences et qualifications requises :



Experience en comptabilite et en soutien administratif Maitrise des logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) et de la suite Microsoft Office Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du detail Excellente communication en francais et en anglais (oral et ecrit) Capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites de facon autonome Discretion et professionnalisme Experience en cabinet d'ingenierie ou services professionnels (atout)

We're currently seeking a

Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

who is detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile to support both our financial operations and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Bookkeeping:



Maintain accurate records (general ledger, A/P, A/R) Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare monthly financial summaries and track budgets Issue invoices, follow up on payments Assist with payroll and tax filings Work with external accountants for year-end reports Track project expenses and allocations Maintain proper digital filing of financial documents

Administrative Support:



Manage internal and external communications Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings Prepare and format documents, handle filing Support new employee onboarding Order and manage office supplies and vendors Assist with logistics for meetings or team events Maintain organized digital document systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Experience in both bookkeeping and administrative roles Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication in both English and French (written and verbal) High attention to detail and confidentiality Ability to work independently and handle priorities Experience in engineering or professional services (asset)
