Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Ideal candidate is someone who

Duties will include, but are not limited to:



- Keeping record of financial transactions AR and AP

- Verifying financial transactions

- Create & upkeep general ledger

- Reconcile & balance corporate bank accounts

- Payroll

- Government remittances, WSIB, Month End Closing

- Create balance sheets

-Prepare courier shipments

-Prepare shipping documents for customs

Qualifications:



Proficient in Sage 50/ Simply Accounting Previous experience in accounting office Formal accounting education, CGA Designation or nearing completion (an asset) Analytical and detail oriented Freight experience would be an asset Mature attitude Trustworthy, hardworking, reliable and a team player Multi-Currency experience

Languages:

Speak English, Read English, Write English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
