Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized

Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

to support our team. The role combines bookkeeping and office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent client service.

Responsibilities:



Full-cycle bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, reconciliations, GST/HST, payroll remittances, invoicing, and payment tracking Support tax return preparation (personal tax experience is an asset) Manage office operations: supplies, filing (digital/paperless), scheduling, and client onboarding Handle client communications with professionalism Assist with document preparation and compliance tasks

Qualifications:



2+ years bookkeeping experience (public accounting firm experience preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop/Online, Sage and Caseware is an asset Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to streamline processes

Pay: $42,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
