Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth financial operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day accounting transactions Maintain general ledger and journal entries Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and payments Perform bank and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closings Maintain and organize financial records Job costings and analysis Prepare reports as required by management Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations (HST, payroll deductions, etc.) Collaborate with external accountants and auditors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
