We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations by managing administrative tasks and assisting with accounting functions. This position requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles. Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Perform bookkeeping duties including account reconciliation and bank reconciliation Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Houzz pro for financial reporting Conduct account analysis and assist in budgeting activities Maintain organized financial records and documentation Prepare reports and presentations as needed for management review Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors in a professional manner

Qualifications



Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is highly desirable Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Strong analytical skills for effective account analysis and budgeting Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $23.00-$40.00 per hour
